INITIAL CONSULTATION
If you are considering a renovation project, an Initial Consultation is a great way to get started. During this consultation, we can discuss the project you have in mind and I can provide you with my expertise on what needs to be done, what materials to use, and the estimated cost of the project. We can also discuss ways I can help you with the renovation, answer any questions you might have, and go over any ideas you may have for the project.
A 90-minute Initial Consultation face-to-face is $450 + GST.

CONCEPT DESIGN
The concept stage of designing a home renovation is an important step in the process. This is the time to begin planning the general layout and design of the space, which includes selecting the type of materials and finishes, as well as deciding on any special features or accents that may be desired. By taking the time to carefully consider these factors during the concept stage, the project can move forward with a well-thought-out plan that will save time, money, and frustration in the long run.
You may need to engage an architect or draftsman to whom l can be of assistance and l can help you obtain the necessary building permit if required.
DESIGN DOCUMENTATION
The design documentation stage of renovating is the process of translating a design concept into a set of drawings and specifications that can be used to construct the project. This stage typically involves creating a schedule of finishes, fittings and fixtures as well as joinery drawings. The design documentation stage can also involve the production of drawings and specifications for electrical and plumbing works. This stage is essential to ensure that the project meets the design intent and that all components are correctly specified.
PROJECT COORDINATION
Recommend builders and manage the tendering process to provide builder's quotations for the client's consideration. Discuss the quotations with the client and provide advice in terms of builder appointment and documentation of the same.
Manage construction on behalf of the client including monitoring of the contractors to make sure the project is delivered to a high standard on time and within budget.
FURNITURE, OBJECT & ART SELECTIONS
This involves selecting colour schemes, furniture, lighting, and accessories to create a cohesive and visually pleasing environment. We will assess your needs and style preferences, plan the layout, and source materials and furnishings. We aim to transform spaces into beautiful, functional, and personalized areas that reflect a client's taste and lifestyle.
LANDSCAPE DESIGN
Design and co ordinate your landscape needs including swimming pools, outdoor rooms, paving, decking, tennis courts, BBQ areas, gazebos, fire pits or any thing else our clients desire to enhance the outdoor environment. This can include full landscaping plant and pot selection.
